The Natural Medicine Centre has many patients, and there is a great demand for appointments. Therefore if an appointment is cancelled or missed without giving 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee is charged, at the rate of 50% of the consultation price.
Payment of our charges is required at the time of treatment. Payment for remedies supplied by post is required within seven days. A 10% administration fee is added to any invoice not settled according to these terms. Failure to make payment within 28 days of the due date will result in the matter being referred to our Debt Collection agents whose charges will be added to, and are payable with the invoice debt.
